Shipment Origin

All shipments will be dispatched from our warehouse located in GA.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for shipment is $750.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via freight for cost-effectiveness. However, we will explore cheaper options like FedEx Ground to optimize your shipping rates. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the chosen method and destination. Please contact us for specific estimates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are typically below 25% of the total order value when using Casartis Living carriers. If shipping costs exceed 25%, we will contact you for approval beforehand. Costs are influenced by factors such as order size, weight, and destination.

Customer's Carrier

There is a handling charge for orders shipped by a carrier you provide.

Delivery Locations

Our shipments are delivered to commercial locations that can handle a 53-foot truck. This includes warehouses, office buildings, and retail stores with appropriate loading docks. If your location has limitations or requires special arrangements, please inform us prior to shipment.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers are not responsible for unloading pallets or bringing them inside your place of business.

Home Delivery

We offer home delivery for an additional charge. The cost depends on factors such as location, services needed (like a lift gate), and order specifics. We recommend contacting us for a personalized home delivery quote.

Additional Services

Any extra services required, such as lift gate, appointment delivery, or limited access delivery, will be added to the final cost before shipment.

Special Shipping Requests, Non-Deliverables, and Returns

Special shipping requests must be made at the time of order and will incur additional charges. This includes services like lift gate, appointment delivery, residential delivery, deliveries to limited access locations, re-delivery, and storage. Unauthorized returns and refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THESE REQUESTS

  • Liftgate - $50.00
  • Appointment delivery - $115.00
  • Limited access (narrow street or alley) - $100.00
  • Residential address - $101.50
  • Re-delivery (if no one is present to receive the delivery) - $117.00 + (rates vary)
  • Storage fees -$25.00 per day
  • Unauthorized returns and refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee based on the invoices total, plus the return freight charges.
